Four Day Parenting Adventure in Pittsburgh

And thus our four day parenting adventure in Pittsburgh comes to an end. I just finished reading the two little ones to sleep and as I said my final goodnight, they both softly said they love me and said I was the best Uncle Mas (that’s what they call me) that they know. It was a genuine moment of pure love, and I think that’s what it’s all about. Parenting isn’t easy and, unlike our mini four day run, never ends, but the pure moments of joy outweigh the hard work many times over. Below are all the parenting challenges I shared throughout the last four days, but what I didn’t share were the endless moments of fun we had from playing football in the yard to creating stories about unicorns and penguins. Excited to be heading back to our life in NYC, but sad to be leaving these two little buggers.
